"It's likely that the farmers from centuries ago never imagined a food system like we have in place now. 

To them "fast food" was an apple, a crusty piece of bread lathered with butter, or a ripe tomato.  To them food was simple goodness.  It was real.

Even though we have modern technology here on the farm, we do many things much the way they were done a century ago, by hand.  Planting, weeding, harvesting, and packing, are all done using simple tools. 

We grow naturally using no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.  We take pride in knowing that the work we do provides families with healthy, natural foods.  Real foods.
